– Game Day Warming Up Drills and Basic Recovery after game
– Jogging on the spot, star jumps, lunges, arm circles forwards and backwards
– Push ups, running on the spot, buttk kicks, ankle jumps for power, ankle touches
– Straight kicks, groin kicks, knee cross over.
