Our Difference
Why Choose Us?
Bullets X Saints
Inaugural Community Club Partner
The Brisbane Bullets are thrilled to unveil the initiation of their Community Club Partnership Program, an exciting venture designed to offer junior clubs across South-East Queensland valuable development opportunities for their coaches. Through this program, club coaches will gain access to coaching accreditation, clinics, and personalised support facilitated by the expertise of the Brisbane Bullets Game Development staff.
We are delighted to announce Belmont Saints Basketball Club as the inaugural member of this initiative. Established in the 1990s, Belmont Saints Basketball is a not-for-profit club with a mission to provide a nurturing environment for basketball players, allowing them to unlock both their athletic and personal potential. Affiliated with the Southern Districts Basketball Association, Belmont Saints field teams ranging from Under 8’s mixed to U20 Women and Men.
Brisbane Bullets Head of Community and Development, Jay McCracken, expressed his enthusiasm about Belmont Saints Basketball Club becoming their first-ever Community Club Partner, stating, “Welcoming Belmont Saints on board is truly fantastic! Their remarkable history of development and success adds a rich dimension, and I’m genuinely thrilled that the Brisbane Bullets have the opportunity to contribute and support the exceptional work they do within and for their community.”

About Us
Belmont Saints is a member of the Southern Districts Basketball Association, the home of the Spartans, and is a highly successful club that exists to empower our young people to learn, grow and thrive! Our home is the Rowland Cowan Basketball Stadium (part of the Clem Jones Sports Centre) on Zahel Street, Carina.
Whilst we love playing at our home in Carina, we are always actively looking to compete in other tournaments.
We offer teams from the under 7’s mixed teams through to under 20 girls and boys in our junior competition. We have had many of our players chosen to play in representative basketball at both regional, state and national levels.
In addition to this, we also offer Women and Men’s teams in our senior competition. Why let the kids have all the fun?
